Return Policy

We at Victory Badge strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at support@victorybadge.com.
What is Victory Badge’s Exchange Policy?
If you need a size change, you can request a return for it from your Orders page.
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will re-ship the size you want. (handling charges are non-refundable).
Items will have to be unused and returned within 07 days of delivery.
What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request to return is approved. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and sent to our office. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
What products cannot be returned as per Victory Badge’s Exchange Policy?
Products at Victory Badge are made on demand. These are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
We will also not accept Returns or Exchanges on Pre-ordered products or for products under any special promotions.
In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at support@victorybadge.com and we’ll help you out.
Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day.
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned?
Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 1 time. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
